The weather was wonderful, had great stay for a business trip. The room was new-fashioned and the location particularly good, in financial district. Moreover, it's near Roy Thomson Hall as well as the Museum of Fine Arts of the City Museum. I had a continental breakfast, the food was EXCELLENT.

Everything was first-class and met required needs. We were in a magnificent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a long-standing multilevel urban mall. It also was in downtown Toronto.

Straight facts, no fluff
Really good experience! The staff provided very good service. The spacious, well-appointed Premier Two Queen Bed was a delight. Conveniently located in the financial district, we enjoyed peaceful, comfortable nights. Just a slight hiccup, as breakfast quality wasn't great-some staff seemed overwhelmed. But overall, a nice visit!

The hotel displays stunning decor and comfortable rooms, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Hidden fees for services and overpriced dining options were disappointing. Staff friendliness and attentive service helped balance the experience, leaving me with mixed feelings overall.
